First Class FM senior management have a wealth of experience of working for Leading companies /providers in the provision of the Care & Social Housing placements, from holding positions in previous suppliers of both Security/Concierge personnel, with extensive operational knowledge of these challenging behavioural assignments.
From the outset, all existing officers assigned to these roles, will have previous site experience and be subject of robust interviews to determine their suitability to fulfil such roles, undergoing additional procedures as well as having Enhanced DBS checks, these are renewed annually by First Class FM to ensure complete client confidence in this respect. We also involve the clients to assess any officer’s suitability by interviewing them prior to assigned duties.
Over the years, additional training session have been developed together with the clients and other partner agencies i.e. safeguarding processes, to make sure our officers have all available tools and knowledge at their disposal, to enable them to manage all instances/types of challenging behaviours on site which can flare up from time to time. The uniforms provided at these sites can be adapted to comply with the individual needs and requirements of clients.
